The Media, Abuse of Women, and Hunter Biden's Laptop Revisited

Update to post November 21, 2020

Now that everyone admits that Hunter Biden’s laptop is authentic and the contents have been used as evidence in a trial, let’s revisit a discussion of how much the media cared about the women on the laptop.

Hillary's War Reboot

Before Secretary of State Clinton interfered “Libya was a secure, prospering, secular Islamic country and a critical ally providing intelligence on terrorist activity post–September 11, 2001. Qaddafi was no longer a threat to the United States. Yet Secretary of State Hillary Clinton . . . succeeded in convincing the administration to support the Libyan rebels . . .”

Meeting Lee Harvey Oswald in Minsk Part V (Copy)

The most recent release of declassified Kennedy assassination documents reveals that the CIA was involved. Hardly a surprise. Anyone who has visited Dealey Plaza can see that it was a killing field with multiple avenues of escape. Hard to imagine the Secret Service allowing the president to take such a route unless ordered by higher authority.1 On top of that, Ruth Hyde Paines’ actions before and after the assassination and her testimony are those of a confident agent.

The Wall Street Casino and GameStop

Whenever I say that I don’t gamble with money, someone inevitably asks if I own a mutual fund.  “Yes,” I admit, “but the government made me do it by dismantling the Glass-Steagall Act.”  I can assure you, mention the Glass-Steagall Act and wiseacres zip it.

Now, as an historian I know only a bit about economics, but it seems to me that . . .

Loletha Hall

On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, a relative told me that his friend and former neighbor went out the previous morning on an Uber call, but never came home.  Loletha’s finance, McArthur Tinker, Jr., filed a missing person report that day.  Shortly afterward, Mac learned that Loletha had been shot by the owner of the house where she had been instructed to pick up a package and had died in surgery.

Carbon Dysphoria and Woolly Mammoths

Not all carbon is bad; in fact, it’s necessary to life on earth. Nevertheless, Northwestern’s Engineering Department wants to incarcerate carbon in the soil and hopes to “determine whether plant-based organic matter gets trapped in the soil or feeds microbes which then respire carbon dioxide into the ever-warming environment.“ 1

Sounds very carbon dysphoric.

Wild Fires, Climate Justice, and Military-Aged Male Migrants

On September 20th, Joe Biden issued an executive order to establish a climate corps. Instead of reinstating former government projects that worked well, he rang the climate social justice bell:

“The American Climate Corps will mobilize a new, diverse generation . . . will focus on equity and environmental justice – prioritizing communities traditionally left behind . . . prioritizing . . . the Administration’s Justice40 goal. . .calling on Tribal, State, and local governments, labor unions, nonprofit service allies, the private sector, and philanthropy to collaborate with the Federal government . . .” 1.

Does the new, diverse generation of Americans include illegal migrants pouring over the borders?  Currently they get medical care, gift cards, cell phones

HR 1083

Jahana Hayes sponsored HR 1083, which would increase dependency and indemnity compensation for survivors of service members.  Since February of 2023, neither Hayes nor cosponsor Joe Courtney has been able to convince more than sixty something Democrats to support their bill.  Cynic that I am, I won’t be surprised if Democrats rally around HR 1083 during election season.  But if Hayes and Courtney really care about survivors, they would

Joe Biden's Climate Crisis

Joe is right about the climate crisis. Now, bear with me. Sadly, Republicans and Independents are reluctant to listen to Democrats ringing alarm bells. Look what happened when they ignored Hillary Clinton’s repeated, emotional warnings about the nefarious conspiracies designed to undermine our election process. And now they are deaf . . .

EXPANSION OF HUSKY HEALTH BENEFITS TO INELIGIBLE DUE TO IMMIGRATION STATUS.

The Democrat’s title and description have “written” the first part of this post.  But here’s the second part:  what a racist, anti-American citizen bill.

Every American Citizen Should Ask: Where Are Our Election Ballots Printed?

It’s a simple question, so why is the answer such a a mystery in Connecticut? It may be in your state, too. No matter which state we live in - red, blue, purple - we need to demand to know where our election ballots are printed. And here are some accompanying questions: How many . . .

Alzheimer's, Medicare, and Medicare on Life Support

Remember Aduhelm? The Alzheimer’s drug that raised Medicare recipients’ monthly premium, but which, thankfully, patients never got. And they never got their money back, either. Joe admitted that no one on his staff or in all of Washington D.C. had the mathematical skills to repay Medicare recipients’ advance payments. Chris Murphy couldn’t be bothered to take a stand; he wasn’t up for reelection . . .

85,000 Missing Migrant Children

In their infinite wisdom, members of the Biden administration decided that housing the thousands of children coming over the southern border resulted in inhumane living conditions. So, they let pretty much anyone take children, even if they had parents looking for them. Thousands have been flown to New York State, and it’s not clear what happened to them.

Triangles in Triangles? Fauci, Baric, and Daszak

The government stopped gain of function research in 2014, because it was too risky. In 2017, a number of sources claim, Anthony Fauci decided to fund GOF despite the moratorium. Some of this money seems to have filtered through Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance on its way to China’s Wuhan Institute. Apparently, however, Daszak was in communication with Ralph Baric
